MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION.
SUMMARY
Heirs-appellees moved to reconsider the decision in this case exempting the Administratrix to pay their deceased predecessor (father) for the legal services he rendered the Administratrix-Appellant, while reserving the right to demand attorney’s fees from the heirs of deceased Clodualdo Vitug. Atty. Gutierrez was hired by the Administratrix and therefore, indirectly responsible to the heirs-appellees for the payment of the said attorney’s fees.
RULING
It appearing that the Administratrix-appellant personally hired the services of deceased counsel, she is indirectly responsible for the payment of the fees adjudged by the court a quo in favor of heirs-appellees and charge the same from the heirs of the late Clodualdo Vitug.
